Job Description Position Summary: Carries out established project objectives and directives for Development and Alumni Relations Team in the School of Health Professions. Duties and Responsibilities: * Identifies appropriate resources needed and develops schedules and reminders to ensure timely completion of project(s). * Maintains regular communication with project stakeholders and donors including emails, calls and meetings to ensure project goals are being met. * Assists with event planning and management such as approval forms, registration, and catering. * Provides donor and alumni reports for visits, events, campaigns, email outreach, etc. * Performs various financial responsibilities such as purchasing, reimbursements, and travel. * Enters information into databases (CRM, accounts, scholarship). * Generates drafts of donor thank you letters. * Assists with organizing scholarship stewardship data and report editing for The School of Health Professions. * Performs various clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, creating packets, and preparing mail. * Perform other duties as assigned
