Requisition Number: Staff_13909 Business Unit: Academic Affairs Department: iEXCEL 50009652 Reg-Temp: Full-Time Regular Additional Information: Position Summary: This position is responsible for the daily operations of the surgical simulation program and is responsible for collaboration with internal & external individuals and their respective organizations for the development of surgical training programs including outcomes measurement. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the program's equipment, facilities, personnel, and supporting the growth of both the Academic and Business missions of iEXCEL. This individual will provide primary management for the surgical simulation staff and program including the annual budget for the surgical floor. This position works directly with outside vendor to establish reputable sources for tissue and surgical equipment. They will be the primary contact, resource, trainer, and supervisor for the surgical simulation staff and program.program. This position is responsible for the SAGES program and the details of running the program according to specified guidelines. Salary Range: $66,100 - $99,200/annual
