We base our practice of medicine on open transparency and communication with our clients to allow them to make the best decisions for themselves financially and for their pet’s care. We believe that this open transparency gives our team the ability to show value in what we can provide while keeping medicine as affordable as possible.

At the core of what we do is efficiency. Every day we as a team work seamlessly together to provide as much care as we can in a day. Keeping our mental wellness in mind, we provide 1-hour unpaid lunches, multiple short breaks as needed, and time to allow for medical record keeping, call backs or team training, and mentorship. All done by the end of the day, on time, so the entire team can leave and go home to enjoy time with family. We understand and respect everyone’s professional time, but time home with family is precious.

Our team consists of three client service specialists who work strategically to make appointments, answer client calls and requests. We have 3 very efficient R.V.T’s. All are trained in anesthesia, dentals, and can handle all wellness exam appointments so all other appointments can be directed to a doctor in need. Lastly, we have 4 more veterinary assistants that assist in surgery, can scribe in exam rooms and are always available to jump in during more difficult times.

We are looking for an associate veterinarian for a minimum of 2-3 days a week. Full time of 4-5 days is available if desired or needed. A sense of fun with compassion and efficiency are ingredients that we are looking for to continue our positive work culture environment.
