Assistant Director of Admissions
Prescott College
SUMMARY
As the Assistant Director of Admissions, you are responsible for the engagement and cultivation of prospective students and parents from your assigned portfolio, supporting their exploration and application processes at Prescott College. You will be responsible for generating conversion, and yield strategies to meet targeted enrollment goals. You will regularly assess your portfolio for ways to personally engage your students, including 1:1 communication and virtual or in-person events. You will have strong relationships with offices throughout the campus community who will support your yield efforts, including Residence Life, Academic Affairs, Orientation, Accommodations, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Accounts. In partnership with Assistant Directors of Outreach and Recruitment, you will identify local strategic high school or community college partners and support the engagement of those partners as necessary. Some local or in-state travel and evening/weekend work may be required. Opportunities to take online graduate-level coursework utilizing employee tuition benefits available.
