Part Time Accountant

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of financial information for the College.  

• Perform administrative functions in the Finance department
• Prepare journal entries
• Prepare deposit information
• Prepare invoices to customers
• Conduct various accounting reconciliations
• Balance and maintain subsidiary ledgers
• Perform other related duties as assigned

OVERALL PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

The primary and most important overall responsibility of all employees is to provide service in a pleasant, helpful, and effective manner to our students and other members of the College community.
