/></span></span></span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span>Thriving Economy, Outdoor Adventures & Premier Neonatology Practice - Welcome to Colorado Springs!</span></strong></p><br /><br /><b>Responsibilities</b><br /><br /><p><span>Pediatrix® has an opportunity for a BE/BC Neonatologist to join our 7-physician practice in Colorado Springs.</span></p><h3><span><strong>Coverage Locations:</strong></span></h3><ul><li><span><strong>Children's Hospital Colorado</strong>: 53-bed Level III NICU</span></li><li><span><strong>UCHealth Memorial Central</strong>: Level IIIB NICU with a delivery service, 20 beds</span></li><li><span><strong>Parkview Medical Center</strong>: Level II NICU in Pueblo</span></li></ul><h3><span><strong>Key Highlights:</strong></span></h3><ul><li><span><strong>Combined Annual Admissions</strong>: 1,100+</span></li><li><span><strong>Average Daily Census (ADC)</strong>: 60+</span></li><li><span><strong>Shifts</strong>: Averaging 17-20 total shifts per month (5-6 being 24-hr in-house call shifts)</span></li><li><span><strong>Hospital and Practice QI Committee Involvement</strong></span></li><li><span><strong>New Fellows</strong>: Welcome to apply</span></li><li><span><strong>Preferred Skills</strong>: Circumcision and PICC line placement capability</span></li></ul><h3><span><strong>Services Provided:</strong></span></h3><ul><li><span><strong>Advanced Care</strong>: High-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and body cooling</span></li><li><span><strong>Specialized Surgeries</strong>: Pediatric general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, and a full array of medical subspecialists</span></li><li><span><strong>NNP Support</strong>: In-house call with 24-hour shifts, daily rounds with neonatologists, patient management, procedures, attendance at high-risk deliveries, and participation in QI initiatives</span></li></ul><h3><span><strong>Why Colorado Springs?</strong></span></h3><ul><li><span><strong>Top 10 Best Places to Live</strong>: Ranked by

    Salary Range: $200k - $310k based on years of experience, plus a lucrative annual bonus
