Property Manager

NAI Michael is the suburban Maryland representative of NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm.  Located in Lanham, Maryland, our Property Management department is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager for our portfolio consisting of over 6 million square feet of Retail, Office and Industrial properties.

Job Description

Primary responsibilities for each property in assigned portfolio:

• Lease Management and Tenant Relations.
• Communications with the Ownership and/or investors.
• Preparation and Distribution of Annual Operating Budget.
• Capital Planning to include Capex and future improvements.
• Preparation and distribution of financial statements and variance reporting.
• Management of vendors to include repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Review and procure property insurance as necessary.
• Rent collections including late fees and legal collections.
• Facilitate completion of property related work requests from Tenants.
• Respond to audit related requests from outside auditors.
• Provide direction to the Assistant Property Manager as necessary.
