Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryThis position is for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Physician Assistant to join a vibrant and cohesive APP group, working alongside WashU Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine faculty and fellows, to provide medical care to patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit and the Stem Cell Transplant and Oncology Intensive Care Unit at Barnes-Jewish Hospital (BJH).A full-time position is three 12-hour shifts per week with approximately 33% of shifts as nighttime coverage. The APP will work under physician oversight as required by state regulation, and function within the scope of practice defined by their certification, BJH medical by-laws, and collaborative practice agreements.
