Assistant Director of Recreational Sports for Club Sports

Xavier University’s Office of Recreational Sports is seeking an Assistant Director of Recreational Sports for Club Sports. The role is responsible for management of the club sports program, which includes approximately 31 active clubs annually and 900+ student athletes. The Assistant Director serves as the advisor to the Club Sports Council and Sport Club executive officers to provide guidance and support for the teams and individual members. The position co-manages the TriHealth Athletic Trainer dedicated to the Club Sport Program and reports to the Associate Director of Recreational Sports and contributes to overall departmental planning and success. Responsibilities include but not limited to Administration and Risk Management of a robust club sport program, supervision of participants and club executive, budget management, as well as space and facility management. The annual salary for this position is $52,305.
