Job Summary
The Financial Analyst II assists Harris Health System management in the development of the annual operating budget for approval by the Board of Trustees and County Commissioner's Courts. Prepares routine and adhoc reports and provides in-depth analysis of primary drivers of volume, revenue and expenses. Assist in various benchmarking and database management support as well as managing the Position Control for the organization. The ideal candidate will have the necessary analytical, verbal, and written skills to communicate findings to management and departmental leaders and escalate issues as needed and appropriate.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred
Work Experience (Years and Area):
Three (3) years financial analysis experience required, preferably in a healthcare environment. (Preferred)
