Join our stable and collaborative team, managing one office in Bridgeton with 14 -20 direct reports. 

Ideal candidate will have: 

Supervisory and leadership  

Customer service/conflict resolution  

Financial, Epic and insurance experience

Bachelor's level degree

Role Purpose

The Practice Manager is assigned to an ambulatory site working under the guidance of a Practice Administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations. Responsibilities include: direct supervision of approximately 15-25 clinical and non-clinical staff, managing patient experience and supporting/coordinating financial and administrative activities as assigned.
