Additional Information About the Role Oasis is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Major Gift Manager to play a key role in advancing our individual, corporate, and foundation giving efforts during an exciting time of growth. This position is an integral part of the dynamic Oasis Advancement team and will work closely with the Chief Advancement Officer and Senior Leadership Team to strengthen and expand our philanthropic impact in the St. Louis region. Must be located in the greater St. Louis region. Overview Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center is the largest hospital in Missouri and is ranked as one of the nation's top hospitals by U.S. News & World Report. Barnes-Jewish Hospital's staff is composed of full-time academic faculty and community physicians of Washington University School of Medicine, supported by a house staff of residents, interns, fellows and other medical professionals. Recognizing its excellence in nursing care, Barnes-Jewish Hospital was the first adult hospital in Missouri to be certified as a Magnet Hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. The OASIS Institute is a national not-for-profit organization that provides programs in 27 U.S. cities to enrich the lives of adults, age 50-plus through lifelong learning, health and wellness, ;and civic engagement opportunities. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Manages team of major gifts officers in cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift prospects and donors.
