Program & Project Supervisor, PUC - Public Advocates Office/ Safety/ Wildfire Safety

Under the general direction of the Program Manager of Public Advocates Office’s Safety Branch, the Program and Project Supervisor (PPS) of the Wildfire Safety Section supervises the staff comprised of utilities engineers and regulatory analysts who conduct investigations, develop analyses, make appropriate recommendations in CPUC formal safety proceedings and other forums. Public Advocates Office’s Safety Branch is responsible for representing ratepayer interests on safety-related issues across all industries, including general rate cases (risk assessment mitigation phase), wildfires, emergency response protocols, physical and cyber security, service restoration, and emergency preparedness and response. The Wildfire Safety Section will have primary responsibility for safety issues on wildfire and electric safety issues.
