Accounting & Operations Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Operations Coordinator who is committed to ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency across our systems. This role involves maintaining and updating property-related financial information within our accounting software, while also processing monthly reports and verifying data integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a dedication to enhancing financial reporting processes. 

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data into the accounting system accurately and on time.
• Assist with processing invoices, checking expenses, and ensuring payments are made or received on schedule.
• Help match bank statements and financial records to ensure everything is accurate.
• Create basic financial summaries and organize records for audits or reviews.
• File and maintain financial documents so they are easy to find when needed.
• Assist in following company policies and help with tax or audit preparation as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed, including answering queries and assisting with projects.
