Job Description

Saint Luke's is looking for an Experienced RN to join their Labor & Delivery Float Pool!

  • Full Time - Day Shift - 6:45 am to 7:15 pm
  • In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, and NICU department at Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City, Saint Luke's East Hospital, and Saint Luke's North Hospital
  • This position comes with competitive float pool differential

Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Delegates tasks appropriately. Demonstrates increasing discriminatory judgment in interpreting data and prioritizes appropriately. Initiates actions to improve nursing practice patient care and unit processes. Serves as a day to day resource to colleagues at unit and departmental levels. Provides positive formal or informal leadership within unit and hospital. Tier 3 will work at three metro hospital entities.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - American Academy of Pediatrics, Registered Nurse - Various

Associate Degree
