ABH Coordinator Full Time, 8AM-4PM Morristown, NJ

Job Description

Enhance CONCERN's visibility across the enterprise through the provision of individual therapy, departmental training, Critical Incident Response. Collaborate with internal departments and community contracted partners in supporting the workforce.

1. Enhance CONCERN's visibility across the enterprise through the provision of department specific, and systemwide trainings through Human Resources/Wellbeing.
2. Deliver Critical Incident Response to departments and services across the enterprise.
3. Provide Management Consultations to AHS Leaders when requested.
4. Maintain small caseload.
5. Oversee and manage clinical operations.
   1. With ABH Leadership recommend staffing needs, recruit, interview and onboard clinical staff.
   2. Review, measure and track clinician documentation.
   3. Ensure Counselor on Call schedule is adequately staffed meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
   4. Support clinical team, with collaboration form AHS legal/risk teams and ABH leadership with High-Risk clinical issues.
   5. Ensure adequate onsite staffing as requested at medical centers.
   6. Develop, monitor and oversee Performance Improvement initiatives.
6. Establish and strengthened partnerships with AHS teams such as Well-being, Corporate Health
7. Expand Resident Self-Care Coaching program and provide data as mutually agreed upon with Residency Director
8. With ABH Executive Director, evaluate requests to provide external EAP services; review and respond to proposals for new business; work with Legal and administrative Concern colleagues to implement.
9. Effectively communicate information to groups and individuals in writing and verbally.

Qualifications

Requirements -

Master's degree in social work or psychology

At least 7 years clinical experience; at least 5 years supervisory experience

Clinical license in discipline (LCSW)

Desired Skills -

Clear communication and ability to present on behavioral health and workplace topics.

Understanding of workplace issues, trends, and demands.
