Requirements ⢠Bachelorâ™s degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study (i.e. Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management Planning/Coordination, Facilities, Project or Construction Management, etc.) preferred ⢠Minimum of five+ yearsâ™ experience in a corporate real estate environment preferred ⢠Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations ⢠Maintains a working knowledge of CAFM software, space management systems, AutoCAD and relational database functionality. ⢠Demonstrates proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & design ⢠Experienced in managing projects of varied scope and complexity ⢠Proficient in MS Office Suite software applications ⢠Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team ⢠Able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services ⢠Strong oral, written and presentation skills ⢠Assumes ownership of requests in order to ensure successful completion ⢠Strong attention to detail and quality ⢠Ability to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
