Position Title: Gifts and Data Coordinator Salary: $52,000 - $57,000 Reports Directly To: Director of Advancement Services Supervisory Responsibility: None Works Directly With: Development Office team members Position Summary: The Gifts and Data Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily entry of gifts into Manhattan University?s donor database, ensuring all data is recorded accurately and promptly. This role also includes maintaining and updating constituent information in accordance with the University?s data standards. The Coordinator also supports and cross-trains with the Director of Advancement Services, assisting with complex gift processing and data entry issues, and providing timely problem resolution. This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position. Essential Job Functions:

Success Factors: A successful candidate will be a versatile multi-tasker with the proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple urgent tasks, follow procedures, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be committed to accuracy, developing procedures and documentation to ensure consistent success with complex processes. An interest in fundraising is essential. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, effectively sharing ideas, concerns, and solutions with the Director of Advancement Services and a team of colleagues with diverse work styles. The ability to work independently, along with flexibility and creativity in planning and problem-solving, is key. A proven ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and be accountable for results is important, as is the capacity to understand the broader context while maintaining attention to detail.
