Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, the Associate Director, Marketing and Operations Manager assumes the following primary responsibilities for the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) Program: (1) Work with the Executive Director to provide high-quality results in Finance and operations support. (2) Serve as primary management contact for the Finance, marketing, and operations aspects of the MSBA program. (3) Lead design, creation and maintenance of program website, marketing strategy and social media websites and responsible for consistency of messaging/branding across a wide diversity of platforms in coordination with internal and external marketing. (4) Fostering collegial relationships with MSBA recruiters, applicants, students, faculty, administrators, employers, and external partners and vendors. (5) Serves as a member of the Admissions Committee, recruiting, interviewing 25 candidates and yielding 120+ students per year. (5) This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of computer competency in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint (bonus: graphic design, Salesforce). (6) This position requires external client management skills, business development, or professional sales experience. The Associate Director, Marketing and Operations Manager works independently and as a fully participating management team member to deliver a wide range of services to students, faculty and senior management. The Associate Director, Marketing and Operations Manager is expected to carry out responsibilities independently and work closely with the Executive Director and MSBA Team. Reports directly to MSBA Associate Director. Salary & Compensation *UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Salary offers at the top of the range are not common.
