BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Full-Time Advanced Modality - Cath Lab/Vascular Radiology Technologist (Imaging) for Barnes-Jewish Hospital – The Heart Care Institute

$5,000 automatic Sign On Bonus for eligible candidates!!!

Position Details:

• NO CALL, WEEKENDS, or HOLIDAYS!!!

Day Shift Hours: Monday – Friday (6:30 am – 3:00 pm)

• Locations:
• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at the Heart Care Institute Cardiac Cath Lab (Barnes west County Campus)
• Monday and Wednesday  at Barnes (BJH) Cardiac Cath Lab
• Work as a scrub tech in our Cath Lab using Siemens equipment
• Advanced Modality Technologist position with higher pay than standard Rad Tech roles
• Radiologic/Radiology Technologist with cross-training opportunities to expand your skills

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher in related field
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R)

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a scrub tech in a cardiac cath lab (preferred)
• New grads, upcoming grad students, and experienced Radiologic Technologists welcome to apply!!!

Role Purpose

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
