Regional Ultrasound Manager

 Summary: The Regional Manager, a key member of the Premier Leadership Team, will function as a healthcare provider who is focused on providing leadership to ensure the delivery of safe and efficient patient care throughout a specific region of the Premier network.

 Primary Responsibilities/Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Assess clinical operations and sonographers’ performance monthly to assure that services are provided in an efficient, productive manner, meeting high quality clinical standards and fiscal goals. Identify and address any areas or roadblocks that may impede expected outcomes (clinical or financial).
• Provides on-going support for administrative and clinical operations, space and technology to ensure that each staff member is well supported and can effectively use their unique skills as they collaborate to provide relationship-centered, high-quality care for patients.
• Builds and maintains ongoing working relationships with staff, clinical and physician members of the practice to facilitate a positive working environment and optimal patient experience.
• Manages staff schedules by evaluating daily staffing needs and coordinates replacement of staff to meet volume and productivity requirements within each area or unit
• Provides human resources management of staff in the hiring, training, coaching, talent development, and staff career advancement
• Develops policies, programs, and procedures in collaboration Premier leadership team
• Capable of performing scanning functions as needed to cover open accounts, vacations weeks and sick days for all accounts in assigned territory.
