Business Operations Manager

| Overview We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Surgical Services team, supporting both our Raleigh and North campuses. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all the non-clinical operations within the department; that includes billing, materials support, and supply distribution.
You will play a key role in budget preparation and tracking, ensuring everything from inventory management to cost accounting is accurate and efficient. You will also take the lead on various projects and fiscal responsibilities and serve as a go-to resource for our Surgical Services leadership and staff when it comes to the business side of things. Plus, you will help maintain and implement our departmental software systems.
