Job Summary Facilitates the strategic planning processes for performance improvement and the development of organizational human resources strategies, ensuring the appropriate talent structure, engagement models, performance management and recognition systems are in place to support the key objectives of the organization, with primary focus being within the Good Samaritan Society (GSS). Accountable for organization development and driving effectiveness, engaging business partners as appropriate for constructive feedback to provide to executive leadership while driving and aligning operational values. Monitors the execution of organizational human resources policies and guidelines within a specific business partner unit. Partners with Human Resources Advisors (HRA) within the designated business unit to evaluate and proactively address the Human Resources needs of the organization by providing solutions aligned with market function needs. Collaborates with managers of bargaining unit employees regarding contract interpretation, policy interpretation and compliance. Collaborates with management to analyze, plan and implement human resources programs with designated business partners. Supervises daily operations of designated partners to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and policies from a human resources perspective, providing tactical support and counseling on human resources issues and problems, identifying key recommendations and guidance. Manages and coordinates the effective and consistent delivery of Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COE) services to ensure needs of designated business partners are met. Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred. Experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred. Minimum seven years progressive human resources experience with minimum two years leadership experience preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and/or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred |
