![]() Client Services Financial Coordinator (BLANK AST 3) Job Summary Under general supervision of the Client Services Financial Supervisor, act as the VMTH representative in managing hospital charges. Independently perform a detailed review of patient medical record to ensure patient examination, procedures, diagnostics, hospitalization, ICU and nursing charges are entered accurately for services rendered, prior to patients discharge. Provide support to Client Services Financial Supervisor in managing accounts receivables through solving discrepancies and providing recommendation of a means to ensure payment at time of service. This includes working with monthly statements and collection processes. RECRUITMENT PERIOD ONE MONTH: Applicants will be screened after two weeks; and then on a weekly basis. The position can be filled prior to the removal date. Its primary objectives are to train professional (veterinary) students, graduate clinical students (interns and residents), and graduate academic students; to provide veterinary services to the public; to serve as a referral center for practicing veterinarians, and to advance veterinary medical knowledge. Work Environment UC Davis is a smoke and tobacco free campus effective January 1, 2014.
