Compliance Analyst

Role and Responsibilities The compliance analyst role will focus on both NERC (NERC 693) CIP and O&P Standards but may expand to include federal regulatory and state compliance. As a member of the Compliance and Planning team, this position will perform governance and oversight of ETEC’s compliance with NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and Operations and Planning (O&P) Reliability Standards. The compliance analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management of the NERC compliance program for ETEC. The position will need to be able to work across various other teams to obtain needed information. The successful candidate will be supported by the Manager of Compliance and Planning, Manager of Transmission Services, and the Manager of IT Systems, along with others from within the organization. The compliance analyst would be expected to develop a day-to-day relationship with SMEs, while working towards optimizing and enhancing our compliance program.
