Medical Collections Administrator II

Education/Experience:

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from an accredited college, university or technical school.

• Three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Previous high-volume collections experience with HMOâ™s, PPOâ™s, Worker' Comp, Medicare and Medicaid strongly preferred

• Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to thrive in a production-driven environment

Skills:

• Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills

• Superior verbal and written communication skills

Software:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook suite of products; demonstrated aptitude for learning new software programs
