Augusta University, a public research university and academic medical center in Augusta, Georgia, seeks a collaborative student-centered seasoned admissions leader for their next Director of Undergraduate Admissions. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Director of Undergraduate Admissions (Director) leads the Office of Undergraduate Admissions with a strategic and collaborative approach. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, technological proficiency, and a deep commitment to student success and educational excellence. The successful candidate for this position will be an experienced admissions leader and a skilled manager who develops connections with both internal and external constituents with a student-centric approach. The Director drives recruitment efforts in alignment with Augusta’s strategic plan, working with campus partners to recruit and enroll a diverse and academically strong undergraduate student body, which includes first-year, dual-enrolled, transfer, international, non-degree, and returning students.
