Director, Partnership Accounts (Part-time)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Comprehensive knowledge of practices and principles related to the development and implementation of corporate partnerships
• Solid understanding of the school system, internal operations, and the role of various educational positions in supporting student learning
• Microsoft Word and PowerPoint at an intermediate or higher proficiency level
• Use self-motivation to meet individual and Association sales goals
• Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative relationships with corporate clients, members and co- workers.
• Convey knowledge and passion for ACSA’s mission through excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be solutions-oriented and face obstacles with problem solving mentality
• Be creative, detail oriented, possess a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and have a desire to help the association succeed
• Utilize strong negotiation skills coupled with a net-profit, bottom-line mentality to achieve sales goals and maintain partner satisfaction
• Knowledge of ACSA’s governance structure is preferred

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

• Substantial experience in business partner development and management, preferably in the non-profit education industry
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Experience working in a school system preferred
