![]() Principal Gifts Associate College of the Holy Cross Description Principal Gifts Associate Under the direction of the Principal Gifts Officer, the Principal Gifts Associate will be a key partner to principal gift officers contributing to a donor's meaningful relationship with the College; with the goal of inspiring transformational giving in support of the College's newly launched campaign. This position will help to manage College prospects with capacity to give a gift of 7-figures or more by utilizing excellent writing and organizational skills to ensure timely, coordinated and impact-driven individualized stewardship and engagement plans. With an in-depth understanding of institutional priorities, this position will also support the management of the campaign cabinet activities and the development of principal gift-level comprehensive campaign gift proposals to encourage new levels of philanthropic support.
