Job Type: Full Time Job Description: The Whitman Career Center is seeking an Undergraduate Career Advisor to provide career education, advising, and professional development programming for undergraduate business students, with a primary focus on finance and real estate majors. This position will report to the Associate Director of Finance Career Advising and Employer Relations. The Undergraduate Career Advisor will deliver one-on-one career coaching, facilitate workshops, and manage key career development initiatives including industry-specific events, networking programs, and support employer site visits. The advisor will also provide feedback on strategic and operational components of the career center, requiring leadership, maturity, and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team. Flexibility, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to supporting both students and employer partners are essential to meet established goals. Education and Experience:
