The full salary range for the Senior Housing Operations Manager is $66,500 - $118,300 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $92,400 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Housing Operations, the Senior Housing Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a year-round residential complex housing over 1500 residents comprised of undergraduate and graduate students. The position is a key part of UCR's intersegmental housing partnership with Riverside Community College District (RCCD) and will be responsible for the establishment and then management of a 'one stop shop' for services that will support the success of the RCCD students residing at the UCR campus. Will serve as the primary liaison between UCR Housing Services and RCCD ensuring clear communication, timely response, creation of new processes and managing this relationship with a strong spirit of collaboration. Supervises career and student staff along with running the administrative operations office at the complex to deliver high quality customer service. Works closely with custodial and maintenance to ensure a safe, clean and well-maintained environment. Coordinates workflow related to the processes, response and triage of: routine, after-hours, and emergency resident and facility services; utility outages; mail/parcel services; move-in and move-out activities; resource reservations and usage; space allocation; furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E) allocations; facility inspections and vacant space preparations. Partners with Residential Education, Admissions/Enrollment, Recreation, UCPD and other campus stakeholders. Participates in campus and departmental outreach activities, including giving formal presentations. Responsible for inventory, reporting, and budget review for related scope of work. Will have on-call responsibilities and expected to respond to emergencies as well as recovery operations. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
