Experience with design and implementation of experimental design, statistical analysis, and statistical software (e.g., SAS, R). Experience with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), animal care compliance protocols, and biosafety management. Demonstrated record of scientific contributions via publications, presentations, or grant support. Job Description:The Swine Applied Innovations Lab at Iowa State University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Scientist I with expertise in swine nutrition, swine biomedical models, and translational research. The ideal candidate will support ongoing research into swine nutrition, management, and physiology using state-of-the-art methods and technologies. This is a hands-on research position focused on executing and managing research studies to bridge the gap between science and applications. Key Responsibilities:
