Admissions Officer (2 yr Position)

Position Purpose The Admission Officer is an entry-level position and serves as a full-time member of the Office of Admission. As a member of the admission faculty, the admission officer will be an integral part of the Academy’s outreach, recruitment and selection of a highly talented and diverse student population. Full-time, 12 months/year, 40 hours/week, weekend duties and off-campus travel as needed. This position is for a two-year appointment, renewable annually, and comes with on-campus housing. In exchange for housing, this role is expected to participate fully in the residential life of our community. These residential responsibilities are in addition to the core responsibilities of the Admission Officer. Job Responsibilities Conduct on-campus and off-campus admission interviews of prospective students and parents Direct/Indirect Reports Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Experience The ideal candidate will have experience with or knowledge of independent residential education.
