Director, Identity and Access Management Services

The IAM Director oversees all aspects of solutions architecture and development in the domain of identity, access management, Active Directory, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, single sign-on, and related middleware. The position is responsible and accountable for coordinating and managing the scope, estimations, and delivery of multiple small to large-scale projects to achieve the desired goals and benefits. The position also sets technical and service strategies, provides expertise and advice for the organization, and leads the delivery of identity and access services to the university and affiliates. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $208,400 - $303,800 (Annual Rate).
