![]() Antioch University New England Position Title: Teaching Faculty Program: Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Graduate School of Counseling, Psychology, and Therapy, Antioch University New England Classification: Faculty, Full Time Location: Remote, with the ability to travel to campuses and other locations Start Date: August 1, 2025 Compensation: Antioch University offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes both direct and indirect pay. The compensation will be based on experience, education, knowledge, credentials, and a consideration of the difficulty and complexity of the position. The minimum salary for this position based on residential location, is: CA $69,300.00, WA $67,410.00, Other locations: $63,000.00. Antioch University Graduate School of Counseling, Psychology, and Therapy invites applications for a full-time Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) Teaching Faculty member to join our progressive team in our Antioch University New England (AUNE) online, low-residency program. The CMHC program is offered in two platforms one that is predominantly a hybrid weekend platform for regionally located students, and one that is a low residency platform with online course work and a minimum of two required intensive residency experiences in Fall and Spring semesters. This position is a remote position with our low residency program. Teaching Faculty members have responsibility primarily for engagement in student learning through course instruction and related student advisement. Other activities in support of student learning may include serving as the content and instructional lead for at least one core CMHC course, course development, course revisions, admissions work, and/or other tasks to support the program. As integral members of the academic community, teaching faculty also have responsibility for engagement in institutional citizenship. The CMHC program at AUNE is committed to experiential learning, social justice, extensive clinical training, scholarship, and the use of creative, progressive and applied approaches. AUNE has been educating counselors for over 40 years and has a network of alumni throughout New England, and the country, who serve as many of our field supervisors and employers.
