![]() Clerk V, Admissions & Enrollment Clerk V, Admissions and Enrollment Grade 15, AFSCME Unit position, 37.5 hours/week Campus Location: Lynn/Danvers Campus Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm SALARY: $ 2,028.38 biweekly, ($52,737.88 per year) with fringe benefits. An appointment made from outside the bargaining unit (AFSCME) must start at this salary, step #1 of the range or as adjusted in accordance with the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement. Click HERE for a highlight of these benefits. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere within the Student Success Center. Assists students in understanding and completing procedures for both credit and noncredit enrollment, such as: applying for admission, change of program requests, registration and add/drop, request for transcript(s), and enrollment verification. Gathers required student documentation, assists in the management of student files, and completes data entry and monitors records in an integrated Student Database system. Interacts with students, the public and College faculty and staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
