Description of Work:

Serve as an active member of the University Career Services team, assumes responsibility for recruiting services requested by external employers and campus faculty/staff. Manages registration and accounts receivable processes for all events and career fairs hosted via University Career Services.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree and one year of office-related experience; equivalent education/experience considered.
  • Experience working with confidential information required.
  • Excellent computer skills including use of the internet and email necessary.
  • Ability to edit/proofread written materials.
  • Ability to use or learn relational database/vendor software products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in educational setting desirable.

Posted Salary: $19.00/hr minimum
