About the role:

• Identify, assess, and monitor key risks, including financial, operational, compliance, and IT risks.
• Develop and review internal control systems and assurance programs, and perform compliance tests.
• Identify critical issues in processes and controls, and ensure timely remediation with relevant departments.
• Prepare detailed findings and feedback for stakeholders, and conduct relevant training and communication.
• Provide reports, summaries, and handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

About You:

• Diploma in Economics, Risk, Accountancy, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in real estate/lease administration within the financial sector.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills. Results-driven, detail-oriented, integrity, and teamwork.
• Proficient in English; Chinese/Korean is a plus.
