We are seeking an experienced Account Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and efficient individual with a strong understanding of the facilities management and trades services industry. You will be responsible for supporting the management of the day-to-day operations of national contracts, including report development, monitoring progress of works in line with KPIs, and providing administrative support.

About the Role:

• Support sub-contractor management in the regions.

• Monitor open job logs and track progress to completion.

• Liaise with the administration team to ensure technicians have the necessary training, certifications, and tools, and inductions.

• Assist with invoice queries and outstanding work in progress.

• Provide general administrative support as required.

• Monitor and contribute to achieving contractual KPIs.

• Support the account manager in growing the contract and meeting targets.

• Take sole lead on smaller accounts to develop skills and grow into the role and beyond.

• Provide support to other contract allocators when needed.

About You:

• Minimum of five years' administration experience, preferably in a trades or FM/property environment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Working knowledge of JDE or a similar financial package.

• Proficiency in MS Office
