Job Description:Provide college-wide leadership and direction for Hennepin Technical College?s Customized Training Services Programs. Supervise the faculty and staff within these program areas. Provide the leadership and direction necessary to ensure the delivery of high-quality Customized Training programs for the College?s business and industry clients.Partner with business, industry, economic development agencies, and other higher education institutions to provide high quality, responsive training programs for the Minnesota incumbent workforce.Utilize labor market data and industry trends to inform program development and align training with current and emerging workforce needs.Create transition pathways for non-credit students to credit.Salary Range: $93,713-$149,940Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution3 years of experience managing professional-level personnelDemonstrated experience developing community partnershipsDemonstrated track history of outside sales growthDemonstrated experience with strategic planning and goal settingDemonstrated experience leading and implementing successful continuous improvement initiativesSales management experienceExperience establishing a hiring pipeline of facultyDemonstrated budget management experienceExperience with developing and managing grantsKnowledge of the state/federal workforce development system and related programsDemonstrated experience in communicating expectations, assignments, and responsibilities clearly and professionallyPreferred Qualification:Master's degree from an accredited institution5 years of experience managing professional-level personnelProven ability to provide strategic oversight of marketing initiativesExperience with the development of traditional and non-traditional career pathways that reflect local workforce needs and align with educational pathwaysExperience with grant writing and/or management experienceExperience with administering union contractsWork Shift (Hours / Days of work)- Monday-FridayTelework (Yes/No)On Campus 4 days per weekAboutFounded in 1972, Hennepin Technical College is the largest technical college in Minnesota.
