Job Description:The Office of Enrollment Research and Analytics at Iowa State University is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst II to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting. This role is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting data from multiple internal and external sources to support institutional planning, policy development, and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, experience with a variety of analytical tools and platforms, and a collaborative mindset to work across departments to meet reporting and analytic needs. About the Department: The Office of Enrollment Research and Analytics within Enrollment Management at Iowa State University supports the Universitys mission by advancing data-informed strategies that optimize student recruitment, enrollment, retention, and success. The team works collaboratively with campus partners to provide insight, analysis, and strategic support through the management of institutional data and reporting. Enrollment Management includes functional areas such as admissions, financial aid, registrar, and student success initiatives, and is committed to fostering equitable access, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement across the student lifecycle.
