This role is responsible for ensuring the ongoing health, performance, security, and reliability of the firm’s IT systems and infrastructure by overseeing daily operational execution, driving service quality, and leading a high-performing technical team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong technical foundation, capable of managing IT operations while fostering cross-functional collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement. Compensation and Benefits: Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k + match, profit sharing, and vacation/sick/personal time off.
