NNP - 12-hour Shifts - Affluent Palm Beach Suburb of Wellington

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our dynamic team at Wellington Regional Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to support our expanding Level III NICU, while enjoying the lifestyle and amenities of one of South Floridaâ™s most desirable, upscale, suburban communities.

Your Role at a Glance:

• Schedule: 12-hour daytime shifts in the NICU, with rotating weekends
• Staffing Model:
  • 4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage
  • 2.3 NNPs covering the NICU during the day
  • 1 dedicated provider covering the newborn nursery
• Responsibilities:
  • Care for patients in the Level III NICU
  • Attend high-risk deliveries
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care

• Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
• Minimum of a masterâ™s degree
