Job Description Summary

The Analytics Program Manager, People Analytics and Reporting will oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of People Analytics and Reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of data analytics and reporting initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and product owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Understand and document business processes, data needs, and reporting requirements, aligning solutions to end-user and organizational goals.
• Lead initiatives to ensure analytics platform is properly governed by implementing and maintaining access approval and recertification processes.
• Promote a customer-first mindset â” ensuring solutions are intuitive, relevant, and drive measurable impact.
• Develop and maintain project plans, sprint backlogs, and delivery timelines using Azure DevOps
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure continuous delivery of value.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive alignment and prioritize work across interdependent data projects, domains, and reporting solutions.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders through clear, concise, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and data governance standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Supervise team of data analysts/developers to ensure accountability and high performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in data analytics or BI/reporting projects.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role, with demonstrated ability to manage high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to understand and connect business processes, data needs, and reporting requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods and experience leading Agile teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar work management tools.
• Strong understanding of data domains, data pipelines, and analytics/reporting platforms.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; able to tailor messages for both technical and business audiences.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills â“ able to craft visually engaging, executive-level presentations.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
• Exposure to data governance and compliance requirements
