Business Manger

Overview:

McNary Elementary School is seeking a School Business Manager to manage the business and administrative operations of their one school district. The successful candidate will possess the financial and management skills necessary to perform all business related functions of a public school district. These functions will be performed in accordance with all Federal, State, GAAP and GASB guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting and business services to the school

• Preparing and monitoring school budgets, AFR

• Preparing and monitoring employee contracts, benefits and deductions, payroll, and time cards

• Preparing payrolls and quarterly reports, accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Working closely with the principal in managing federal and state grants for the district
