As the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead a staff of twenty-five (25) including five (5) direct reports. You will be responsible for running an organization with four (4) business verticals which include Donoghue’s Open Door, a free community dining experience open to everyone and Grassroots Grocery, where families struggling financially may shop weekly. Additional Salary Information: Salary is commensurate with the requirements of the position with a range of $125,000 to $140,000. Generous benefits include a bonus plan of up to ten (10) percent of base salary based on fundraising performance, contribution to qualified health plan and PTO.
