Specialist III, Enrollment Services

The purpose of this position is to provide oversight and coordinate the work related to areas including student application, / registration, drop/add and other enrollment processing. High School diploma/GED and five (5) years full time or associate degree and three (3) years full time experience in customer service. Experience working in a Registrar's Office, Admissions, Financial Aid or with Student/Accounts preferred. Experience working in Higher Education, preferably at a Community College preferred. Knowledge/experience working with Student Information systems, specifically Banner, preferred. Prior experience working in a Customer Service or Clerical position required, preferably in Higher Education at a Community College. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends. Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.
