The Purpose of this class is to provide customer service to students and the college community in relation to registration and other enrollment related services. High School diploma/GED and three years of clerical experience to include data entry, working in an office environment, preferably a business which is customer service related. Or an Associate's Degree and one year of relevant identical experience. Experience working in a Registrar's Office, Admissions, Financial Aid or with Student/Accounts preferred. Experience working in Higher Education preferred. Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office software, information systems preferably Banner and document imaging. Must be able to work some evenings and occasional weekends.Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. 1. Provide day-to-day processing of enrollment-related paperwork. 2. Resolve and troubleshoot problems in daily processing of service requests related to areas including enrollment and course selection. 3. Process, prepare and validate student documents relating to all aspects of the enrollment process to include scanning and indexing of daily transactions. 4. Handle inquiries from internal and external sources to facilitate efficient office operations. 5. Verify student records. Research and resolve discrepancies. |
