Job DescriptionAtlantic Health System is searching for a qualified Per Diem Occupational Therapist for their inpatient Rehab unit at Hackettstown and Newton Medical Center.s The Team member will be responsible for providing a full range of OT services including evaluation of patients and establishes an individualized plan of care. The OT will use evidence based research according to standards of practice and techniques, set individualized, measurable, time oriented, functional goals. In addition, documents evaluations within established time frames, uses age-appropriate language and evaluation tools and techniques to establish a problem list.
