Job Description ***This is an onsite working arrangement Who you are As the Controller in New York (Avenue of the Americas - 6th Avenue), you are responsible for the direction and supervision of the regional accounting office to provide quality and timely accounting services to our customers. Through planning, supervising, training, and supporting the accounting team, the Assistant Regional Controller improves Colliers’ profitability and achieves its mission. You bring a positive attitude in everything you do, as demonstrated in strong relationships with your clients and colleagues. You also look for opportunities for continuous improvement by monitoring and reviewing accounting processes and procedures and recommending improvements to increase efficiency and improve internal controls. You’re flexible and can jump in to help others whenever necessary. You enjoy collaborating with other subject matter experts and regional leaders to develop innovative solutions to support our business objectives and growth plans. What you bring:

Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area/Location Specific: New York City, NY Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $107,000 - $122,500 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
